We hope you love our products as much as we think you will. But sometimes things happen. If you received the wrong product or if you believe that the product you received is damaged or defective for some reason, you may return the unopened product and receive a refund for the purchase price. If you tried the product but are not satisfied with your purchase for some reason, you may return the unused portion and receive an online credit for the purchase price. Refunds are limited to products purchased from www.eddiesinternational.com or direct sales through one of our authorized sales personnel. Products purchased from any other website or retail store should be returned according to the retail seller’s return policy.
We will only accept returns for refunds or credit postmarked within 20 days from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not included in the refund or credit unless the return results from our error.
Send your returned item back to us by doing the following:
Completely fill out the Return Policy Form. You can download the form here.
- Securely package your return item.
- Enclose a copy of your proof-of-purchase (such as the packing slip) and the completed Return Form. Both the proof-of-purchase and the completed Return Form must be included or we cannot process your refund or credit.

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us. You are responsible for shipping costs.
If your return arrives at our warehouse within the 20 day timeline specified above, your refund or credit will be processed. We will notify you via email at the address listed on your account when the transaction took place. Please allow us 5 working days from the day we receive your return to process your refund or credit. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
